Project Details:

This is for a very large healthcare company and you will need to be able to get the person to Windsor, CT for a face to face interview. Please be sure the person has all of the skills below.

Duties:

Production support of AS/400 Infrastructure

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of i5 operating system, O/S upgrades, PTF management, job management, job log analysis, problem determination and resolution.
•  Moderate to strong CL / CLP / RPG programming skills for creating custom infrastructure support processes and support task automation.
• Large Data Center experience, multiple systems, working in a team environment
• BRMS, Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recover Testing and process building
• Experience with the following software products a plus: MIMIX, Help/Systems Products, Aldon.
• iSeries hardware and SAN storage knowledge a plus
• Education: Minimum 3-5 years supporting AS/400 Infrastructure..
