Description:

Assist in the design, delivery and implementation of BI solutions for clients under the direction of Lead BI Architect and client executives in the areas of OLAP analysis, data mining, performance management/analytics, dashboarding/scorecarding, reporting and query, as well as data warehousing, data marts, ODS, and MDM.

Working with clients in various process areas to define and clarify BI metrics, and successfully translating those requirements into actionable plans for the Business Intelligence team.

Sharing BI best practices and developing relationships across the client. organization to assist in achieving stated goals and objectives.

Participating in the BI strategy formulation and execution through the ownership of specific elements & deliverables. Promoting & championing BI and its strategic importance & business values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent technical degree is required.

Minimum 5+ years of core BI & DW experience.

Strong functional and technical knowledge of major BI tools.

Cognos/IBM, Business Objects/SAP, Hyperion/Oracle, SAS, MicroStrategy, Microsoft, Teradata), as well as ERP, CRM and SCM COTS packages (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, i2, etc.)

Advanced technical skills with multidimensional modeling, MDX, SQL, PL/SQL, RDBMS, data warehousing, data marts, ODS

Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of a Fortune 50 corporation.

Experience in presenting to senior leadership/stakeholders

Ability to prioritize key deliverables while working on concurrent challenging BI projects

SDLC, systems implementation and integration experience is required

while project management experience, including knowledge of CMMI is preferred.

Automotive experience is required.
