Job Description:
Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for equipment and/ or software to deliver solutions.

Develops analytical reports or other products.

- Develop business / functional requirements for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Develop manual test plans and test cases.
- Develop test data to be processed through an Pega SOAP simulator automated testing tool.
- Review test results and report on testing status to management.
- Document issues found during testing for developers and in PVCS change tracking system.
- Research production support issues.
- Communicate resolutions and workarounds to managers, underwriters and underwriter assistants.
- Verify production moves by reviewing production policies.
- Develop UML Use Cases, UML Use Case diagrams, UML Business Context diagrams, UML Activity diagrams, UML Data Flow Diagrams

Works independently, strong analytical and communication skills and flexibility is a must

Property / Casualty experience preferred

Graduate degree preferred

Experience in development of project documentation, to be workflows, use cases, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology.

Insurance experience preferred.

PEGA experience would be great!!!
