• Expert level Cold Fusion MX7 engineer
• Experience leading off shore teams
• Needs excellent communication skills and who can work directly with client and project manager
• SQL Server Experience
• Needs to understand stored procedures, views functions and installation scripts
• Needs to be able to gather and author functional requirements
• Needs to be able to lead offshore team Subversion
• Needs to understand full life cycle development
