Positions : Infrastructure Project Manager/Analyst

Location : San Jose, CA

Duration : 3+ Months

Skill/Experience Requirements:

Experience in migrating applications from one data center to another
Able to manage coordination of multiple projects during migration.
Able to plan, estimate and track efforts related to data center consolidation.
Able to look for opportunities to retire / consolidate production applications
Responsibility is entirely from an application perspective – all infrastructure, network and physical architecture will be handled by a separate team however, should have working knowledge of physical components such as servers, storage, LDAP, databases, etc.
Technologies for migration include: Oracle 11 ERP, Oracle 9i/10g databases, OBIEE, Informatica, Java / J2EE and WebSphere
Strong written and oral communications skills including experience with Power Point
Self-motivated worker who is able to drive progress in an unstructured environment
Responsible for delivering: Data Center Migration roadmap (timeline / dependencies), Data Center Migration project waves, Net-Zero Tracking, Application Decommissioning Plan, Updated Application Inventory Rep
