7+ years of experience in Java and J2EE related technologies.

Very strong core Java programming skills.

Good understanding of J2EE Architecture, Design Patterns, available open
source frameworks, has written some frameworks. Oracle SQL Writing, Performance tuning



Experience on a Trading Platform

Commodities trading will be a big plus

Has worked with Build tools, Java profiling tools, Application servers (Weblogic)

Messaging - JMS/TIBCO SOA, SOAP, XML, WS



Any experience with Agile/Scrum/XP Development will be a plus.
