REQUIRED: Must have strong experience with Business Process Reengineering using the Lombardi Teamworks toolset.
immediate need for a Delivery Lead who has extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR). This resource will provide strategic and tactical project leadership in translating new processes into Lombardi Teamworks through tool configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Project optimization and integration of Business Process Management (BPM) with process evaluations, current state/future state definition, process redesign and tool configuration.
- Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects using the Lombardi toolset
- Responsible for pre-installation, post-installation configuration, and various operational and maintenance tasks. Also to establish procedures to manage various configuration options such as user authentication and authorization, and user interface customizations.
- Leads, delegates, and trains design and implementation details into the team for assigned feature and functionality.
- Develops detailed work plans and schedules and is accountable for monitoring and reporting on project metrics, issues, risks and overall progress.
- Identify, communicate and report significant deviations in project quality, cost, or schedule.
- Gains a clear understanding of contribution of assigned tasks to the overall team or project schedule.
- Provide implementation assistance and information about existing implementations to peers.
- Maintaining and building core competency of business knowledge and sharing it with colleagues to help drive the future direction of your team.
- Collaboration with project stakeholders to better support successful production release.
- Demonstrate strong team work to foster effective team dynamics and cohesive working environment; which include mentoring less experienced colleagues
- Collaborate with peer teams to resolve design and implementation details as they evolve
Required Skills/Experience
- 3-5 years healthcare industry experience with particular emphasis managing and leading business reengineering solutions using the Lombardi Teamworks toolset
- Demonstrated ability to drive culture change at all organizational levels associated with process reengineering efforts.
- Understands and can discuss healthcare trends and concepts in detail
- Minimum 5 years experience driving empowered work teams with demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of risk management / mitigation
- High proficiency (expert-level) in the use of MS-Project
- Direct and frequent involvement with sponsor, business client, and the IT division.
- Knowledge and experience of the Project Management Institute’s standards and terminology.
- Requirements management and scope containment skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in developing and delivering presentations at executive levels
- Work group and JAD facilitation experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- General understanding of industry standard system development lifecycles
- Balanced skill-set which includes project management, health insurance business, and information technology skills/tools.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Masters degree preferred
- PMP certification preferred
