Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3 months possible extension
*Location: CT *
Bill rate: up to $/hr
- *EXTREMELY STRONG troubleshooting ability. (MUST know how to ask the right questions to get quickly get to the root cause)*
- Ability to perform *general PC maintenance and troubleshooting* (Hardware and software installation, general troubleshooting)
- Experience with and the ability to perform general troubleshooting of *MS Office 2007 products (Outlook, Excel, Word) *
- Ability to *identify and ISOLATE (production)* IT Infrastructure issues and failures. *(Servers, VOIP telephones, email, network slowness)*
- Understanding of and ability to identify/remediate *(end-user)* IT Infrastructure issues *(Printer installation, Blackberry installation, software installation, Hardware failures) *
- General understanding of IT concepts and technology) *(TCP/IP, Blackberry, VOIP, etc) *
- Experience working on *IT HelpDesk* is not required, but definitely preferred.
- This is an *END-USER SUPPORT function* role, NOT a datacenter/server support role. Server issues are transferred.
