Job Duties:

Client is recruiting for their client in Carmel(Indianapolis), Indiana for .Net Developers

Main responsibilities are to design software features and to develop software features from agreed upon designs. Also be called upon to provide technical direction and mentoring to his/her immediate project team as well as to the entire department. Time will be spent resolving complex client issues, maintaining the development environment, and improving his/her skill set.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical or related field, strong professional level technical experience.

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of programming experience in client-server n-tier architecture on Microsoft technologies.

Experience in using scripting languages like Perl/Shell/awk/Javascript is desired.

Experience in supporting / developing large enterprise applications in a production environment.

Skills Required:

1. Experience with .NET and Object Oriented development and design.
2. Experience with enterprise applications (need experience in working with n-tiers architectures).
3. Experience working with mission critical applications.
4. Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server.
5. Visual Studio 2005 (C#), writing Stored Procedures

Skills Preferred but Not Required:

1. Rational Clear Case and Clear Quest
2. nHibernate
3. ILOG (or any BRMS system) experience
4. VB 6.0
5. SOA experience
6. Any BPMS system experience

Job Duties:

Responsible for the following: codes business logic, GUI interfaces, and database interfaces using database specific languages; designs and develops GUIs and screens (e.g., develops screen application templates; designs windows, dialogues, menus and toolbars for complex processes and workflows); develops and coordinates the testing process for small application releases or complex software enhancements; researches and recommends products and new technologies for the client/server environment; performs other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical or related field, strong professional level technical experience, 3-6 years of professional level related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. Desired Qualifications: 3-6 years of programming experience in client-server n-tier architecture on .Net (C#).
