. J2E 5 (Application Server; JBoss experience preferred; 5 years) 
. Agile Development Methods (3 years) 
. UML (3 years) 
. Design Patterns (3 years) 
. SVN (3 years) 
. EJB3 (Annotations, Stateless Session Beans, Message Driven Beans, security, transactions, etc. 2+ years)

. JPA (writing Dynamic EQL, integrating JPA models with a Database 1 year) 
. Designing and developing top down Web Services (contract first) using JAX-WS (1 year) 
. XML (writing schemas and wsdl contracts; 1 year) 
. JAAS (Security; 1 year)
