Description:

Architect II:
8+yrs developement; 4+yrs leading development team; experience with advanced system design techniques; hands-on and in-depth experience with Design Patterns, TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, UML, XML, Java, J2EE, JMS. Experience with TIBCO IProcess and/or BPM development a plus. Architect II will support multiple key IT initiatives in the Capital Markets Technology organization. As part of a Re-engineering effort, will lead each of these IT initiatives through the planning and delivery of SOA services, canonical data models & interface design. As a result, a seasoned candidate will have a background in SOA, data architecture & XML. Other critical skills include the ability to work in a team environment, build partnerships with business clients, develop innovative technical approaches, and manage competing priorities. Candidate must also be able to absorb complex business functionality quickly. Candidate must also be capable of operating effectively in a diverse technical environment. Effective communication with peers and management will be critical to success in this role.
