Websphere Portal Themes and Skins experience to be submitted.

Position Description:

We are looking for someone to help the Internet Services Group develop
Internet projects that conform to Web code standards, site architecture, and
functional requirements in a form that supports both national and regional
goals. You will interface with national and regional clients regarding Web
page development approaches for client projects. The contractor will be
expected to:

1. Perform software coding, testing, and debugging for web presentation
layer using HTML and CSS according to internal standards and guidelines and,
otherwise, in accordance with industry best practices. May modify teamsite
content data 2. Document project and development work 3. Troubleshoot issues
and execute according to various policies, methodologies, and standards as
appropriate 4. Participate with editors, designers, application developers,
and project managers in cross functional teams to evaluate, scope, and size
new projects 5. Research, learn, and apply new web development technologies
as needed

Additional Information:

2- 5 years related work experience, preferably in a large company Highly
proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript programming Some healthcare or
similar system with high security requirements preferred Some travel within
California

Required skills/knowledge include:

XML, AJAX , Struts/Tile Framework , Web Accessibility Standards, IBM

Websphere Portal and Teamsite Experience with agile development practices

preferred
